Parking & Transportation

Honda Center’s surrounding area is undergoing significant changes due to the development of OCVIBE, impacting parking and traffic.

Plan ahead and arrive early to accommodate evolving conditions and parking availability.

• Tips for a smooth arrival:

• Arrive at least 60 minutes early.

• Use the Waze app for navigation.

Douglass Road between Katella Avenue and Stanley Cup Way is permanently closed.

Photograph your parking location for easy navigation.
Katella Garage and Cerritos Garage are open for ticket holders.

General parking is included for all onsite lots, including Katella Garage and Cerritos Garage. No separate parking pass is required. Single-event preferred parking is no longer available.

Bag Policy

Anaheim Ducks Game Bag Policy
In compliance with NHL’s bag policy, all bags and purses must be no larger than 4 in. x 6 in. x 1.5 in. to be permitted at Ducks games and are subject to manual inspection. Clear bags must also fit within these dimensions. All other purses/bags/clutches will not be permitted. Backpacks of any size are not permitted.

Non-Ducks Events Bag Policy
If you are attending a non-Ducks event, bags and purses can be no larger than 5 in. x 9 in. x 2 in. to be permitted and are subject to manual inspection, including clear bags. All other purses/bags/clutches will not be allowed into the venue. Backpacks of any size are not permitted. One bag is permitted per guest.

For all events, guests who require a diaper bag or purse/bag for medical items, such as prescription medication, breast pumps, and other special medical equipment, are permitted to bring a bag no larger than 12 in. x 12 in. x 12 in. These medical and diaper bags must undergo additional screening and inspection. Honda Center does not offer a bag check; guests are advised to plan accordingly.

Honda Center reserves the right to amend or change these policies at any time.

Entry Procedures

When arriving at Honda Center, all guests will be screened by Evolv’s latest Evolv Express® technology before entering the arena.
Unless instructed otherwise by security staff, guests can keep small personal items (such as cell phones, keys, and wallets) on them while entering.

Guests might be directed to secondary screening, including hand-held magnetometers or visual inspection. Additionally, all permitted bags are subject to inspection.

Food & Beverage

Honda Center proudly serves a variety of food and beverage items at concession stands throughout the arena. To view a map of concessions stands, their menu, and location please click here.

Cashless

In an effort to ensure quick and contactless transactions, only cashless payment methods are accepted. All major credit, debit, and mobile payments are accepted throughout Honda Center, including parking, merchandise, concessions, box office, and restaurants. Cash is no longer accepted.

Mobile Ticketing

All event tickets will be digital and available on mobile devices.​ Ducks fans and event-goers can access and manage their tickets through the Honda Center + Ducks App. 

Screenshots or a printed copy of a mobile QR code will not be accepted. 

Tickets printed directly from the Honda Center box office are the only hard paper tick

No Re-entry

In an effort to continue the highest level of safety and security, Honda Center is enforcing a “no re-entry” policy for all ticketed events. If a guest has their ticket scanned for entry, and then leaves the arena, they will not be permitted to return using the same ticket. For emergency situations, please contact a Security or Guest Services Manager.

Smoke Free

Honda Center, and its surrounding grounds, is a no smoking/vaping facility. All guests are prohibited from smoking (including electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, marijuana, CBD, or similar products) inside and outside of the arena at any time.
